I have too much acne on my cheeks and chin area which people say is hormonal. I don't know how to get rid of it, any of you ever experienced this and got clear skin? I'm so tired of it

In general, hormonal acne is chin, jawline.

I suppose it could be on cheeks BUT I have a question for you. Do you use blush that might be a problem? Switched formulas, brands, etc. Just a thought. I have eliminated cheek acne by carefully scrutinizing my makeup. Definitely look at blush, bronzer and I would also closely look at foundation.

Also any new products besides makeup?

What is your skin care routine? Medications especially birth control pills can be a factor. The right one should help. Speak with your doctor for BC options.

I stopped wearing makeup actually so that my skin can breathe
As for my skincare routine, I cleanse my skin with a cleanser for sensitive skin (with no soap), then I use a toner (witch hazel or rose water), and then I moisturize with aloe vera. Once a week I do a face mask with curcuma and yogurt and honey.
Yet I seem to have no improvement :/

I understand these are products that you have been using for a while?

Have you thought about something to treat the acne? Differin is mild retionaid and OTC in the US. It was Rx only. Benzol peroxide is helpful to many (I can't use it). If you go to the acne.org discussion boards more information there. Id you decide to use a topical acne treatment it can take 4 weeks plus to see an improvement.

If you think it is truly hormonal, it is best to see a doctor and balance the hormones.
