| So my sunken eyes problems began when I was 24 and I wore some contact lens which I cried while wearing and my under eye area and tear troughs sunk in slightly. A few years later I had a facial done and it caused redness around my eyes and further sinking in of the eye area. Now I am 36 and I still have this issue and it has gotten worse because of late nights. This problem has caused so much low self esteem and embarrassment to look at a person straight in the face without makeup on. It made me shyer than I already am. Reading these boards I see some people say massages work others say no there are horror stories, others said retina or renova, collagen which I just started taking and take 2 scoops a day but no visible results yet, fat grafting or fillers. I actually went to a derm at 24 and asked about it and was told it was overkill for my age. I'm also not sure I want little needle marks under my eyes. I want something permanent. Has anyone had success and actual results to solve the hollow eyes problem? It's driving me crazy. I have an appt this week with a new dermatologist and want to know what I should ask him for. Also, despite the hollows I don't have lines under my eyes just that horrible sunken look. Help please. |

| Hollow Eyes/ Tear Trough Treatment. ... Hollow eyes can be effectively treated with a softer hyaluronic acid filler such as Restylane, Restylane Silk, or Juvederm Ultra to add volume. New fillers continue to be developed which can also be useful. |
