If I only oil cleanse and try to keep water off my face, will an oil cleanse be sufficient when I get home after the gym to get the chlorine off my face?? Any other ways to avoid the chlorine from drying out your skin? I have heard of chlorine neutralizing creams? What do you all do for swimming?

Well when I do swim (which must admit is not that often nowadays) I find that after the pool, most places have showers that you can use to rinse the chlorine off and I find that really quite effective.
I'm not sure the oil cleanse would be a good protection against chlorine because different oils may react with the chlorine. So its a hard one and it would be guess work really. However, I think if you shower immediately afterwards you will rinse any remaining chlorine form your skin.
Most pools have showers for this very purpose I discovered way back in the 80's when I worked at a pool (was reception staff during summer) and hte owner was a very gorgeous looking woman who had beautiful skin and swimmed every day without fail and I of course copied her and notice my skin reacted to the chlorine. She noticed me one morning and then shared that she showered immeidately afterward after swimming as otherwise her sensitive skinw ould break out. I have never forgotten that itp or her, and although I lost track of her, I know at that time she was in her 50's and could easily pass for late 20's.
