Hi fellow skin care enthusiasts!
While we care for and remodel our skin the supporting infrastructure (facial bones) slowly waste away, shifting and shrinking. Self-care to the rescue! Fortunately, we can maintain facial bone strength.

I have been trying the mewing... mostly to rid myself of a horrible teeth grinding problem that I notice plagues me even during the day. It surfaced two years ago when I started my business.
This proper tongue placement actually helps a lot! I also noticed my teeth shifting a bit lately. I thought it was due to my night time teeth grinding. In reading on this topic, some people find their teeth and bite straighten up over time.

Thanks for sharing, I think so too! I have been practicing mewing regularly, it feels like the natural/comfortable thing to do.
