I have really enjoyed reading everyone elses routines so thought I would post my own current one.
My routine isn't really fixed yet as I am still trying to find the right combination of products but at the moment my routine is something like this:

A.M.
Wash with Gel Cleanser (any SLS/Paraben free cleanser e.g. REN Mayblossom and Blue Cypress Facial Wash).
Spray with Dr Hauschka Toner
True Radiance Youth Serum (Contains Vit C) - all over face.
True Radiance Eye Cream - under eye area.
Decleor Aromessence Ylang Ylang on T-Zone
Dr. Hauschka Normalizing Day Oil (as a moisturiser for cheeks, forehead and neck, sometimes mixed with a little of the Rose Cream).
Clarins Sun Wrinkle Control Eye Contour Care SPF 30 for eye area.
Avene Ultra High Protection Cream SPF 50+.

PM
Cleanse with Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Cream or Eve Lom Balm.
Dr. Hauschka Toner.
After 30 mins apply Retin A 0.1% .
Sometimes after this I will wait another 20 mins and apply CP's and oil but I also like to let the retin A do it's own thing.

Once or twice a week I will give my skin a rest from the Retin A and just cleanse and tone as above and follow with a little of the Dr H Rejuvenating Mask.

Treatments:
1/2 a week I use the Juice Beauty Apple Peel and when I get time I do the full Dr Hauschka facial with steam bath and clay mask followed by raw aloe gel straight from the plant - lovely!

I think things may change a bit as I am now road testing some cellcosmet products in particular the eye cream and I am waiting on my Clarisonic and dermaroller to be delivered.

I also have a facial flex and a light treatment device a bit like a Tanda which I plan to start using on a more regular basis.

When I see it all written out like this I begin to know why I am always late for work in the mornings Laughing .

Today was the first day that I started using EVERYTHING that I've gathered in the two months or so since I've been, um... obsessed... with getting the "right" routine. I was so engrossed in putting the right stuff on at the right time that I wasn't paying attention to the time. And sure enough, I was 15 minutes later than I usually am. And 15 minutes late to work. I can't believe that I'm going to get up earlier in the morning to put stuff on my face. I used to be the 5 minute shower/5 minute makeup girl. And now... sigh. I'm so over the top. Rolling Eyes But I'm so glad I found my Sisters in Skincare on this forum.

oh -
I'm using:
am:
cetaphil cleanser
Dr. H CC
Dr. H toner
homemade vit C serum
touch ups with Juice Beauty blemish serum
Dr. H normalizing day oil
and then
homemade spritz of water and dr. H facial steam stuff over my MMU (I don't really get into the facial steam and I had a sample so I put some in the mister bottle. Couldn't hurt, right?)

pm:
cetaphil cleanser with face cloth to remove makeup
Dr. H CC
Dr. H toner
maybe some blemish serum

Due to having reactive/acne prone skin I keep it simple

Jurlque balancing foaming face wash (am/pm)
Citrus Toning Mist (Jurlique)
Proheal Serum (ISC) am

Polyvitamin Serum (ISC) night

I use pure hyluronic acid on dry areas of my face and use my beloved GReen APple Peel from Juice beauty 2 times a week...for that glow....

For my eyes, I am working my way through a melage of samlples, much to my delight!!

AM

Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel
Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant
Dermalogica Toner
Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream/Active Moist not in winter
Clinique "All about eyes" (I'm looking for something to replace that one)
Jane Iredale Pressed Mineral Powder in Warm Silk
Jane Iredale Disappear in Light for blemishes
Clinique Bronzer or PurMinerals Warmth (though I just ordered Jane Iredale Moonglow, so hopefully that'll replace this one
Jane Iredale Eyeshadow Trio in Cloud Nine OR Clinique eyeshadow in Twice the Spice with their eyeliner in coffee
Blinc Mascara (Kiss me Mascara) in Black

Whew, once I wrote that all down it looks daunting, but it really only takes me about 40 minutes to get ready in the morning, including a shower!

PM Special Cleansing Gel or Neutrogena Makeup Cloths (those things take off everything!)

Once a week I'll do some kind of hydrating or skin smoothing masque.

I hadn't noticed that before, but you're right! I was actually fortunate enough to have a little day spa down the street from me when I lived in Providence Rhode Island a few years ago that carried Jane Iredale in their shop. Not only did they give amazing facials (It's called facing thayer) but they gave me a complete color match of the JI makeup and I love everything that was reccommended to me. If you're ever in the Boston/Providence area and have an afternoon for skincare, this is the place!

WOw, sounds like a nice spa!! Gone are the days of getting facials...sigh...

my skin is soooo reactive half the time I break out like CRAZY and it takes months to clear up. I even paid $$$$$$ for several microdermabrasion mixed with blue laser or cold laser and YIKES!!! My poor finaces, he has to deal with my neurosis when I am a walking acne!!!!

JI is a very well marketed line of products. I think they are quite good, despite the Bismuth Oxide that they put in ALL of their mineral makeups....that clogs my pores faster than you can blink an eye...

My skin is at its best when I keep my routine simple and use actives on alternate days, and only one thorough cleansing and one active per day.

AM: For the moment I just splash water in my face, then Juara toner (gives me a little moisturization) and SS.

PM: Cleanse with Babor hy öl cleansing oil system.
Five times a week I use vit C serum (I prefer using it in the evening when I have got the time for waiting times etc). Two times a week I use PSF 0.5 retinol (that's enough for my sensitive skin). Moisturize with John Masters Organics Mandarin Maximum Moisture.

Once a week: Exfoliate with NCN pumpkin mask or a manual exfoliator, then Ice Elements Blueberry fusion antioxidant firming mask.

This has been my regime for almost four months and it seems to be working well. I have rosacea, broken capillaries, and very, very sensitive skin. Age 51.

AM
Cleanse Re Vive Cleanser Gentil (just need a dime-sized amount!)

Re Vive Sensitif Cellular Repair Cream with SPF 15

PM
Cleanse with same cleanser

Re Vive Intensite Creme Lustre

Since I have rosacea and am very sensitive to glycolic acid; I avoid the Re Vive products that contain glycolic acid.

This system is fairly simple, but, my skin is happier than it has been since my late forties!

On my nose, Avage 1 - 2 times a week and Aldara 2 times a week.

Nice products! I enjoyed them also.

AM:
Cetaphil cleanser or Body Shop Vit.C microdermabrasion scrub
Purpose redness reducing moisturizer SPF30
SPF lip balm, maybe tinted moisturizer if I'm feeling adventurous.

PM:
Cetaphil cleanser
Retin A

I'm trying to simplify. I've also been using a tiny bit of aquaphor on my chin as I'm starting to get to the crazy peeling stage of Retin A use.

I have combo/oily, acne-prone & sensitive skin. Often ruddy, too.

AM
1. Repechage T-Zone Balance Cleanser
2. Repechage T-Zone Balance Toner
2. MAC Fast Response Eye Cream [Love this Product!]
4. Dermalogica Oil Control Lotion [TZone Only]
5. MAC Mineralize SPF 15 Foundation [my spf!]

PM
1. MAC Cleanse Off Oil [god sent, removes everything and leaves skin fresh & hydrated!]
2. Skyn Iceland Nordic Skin Peel [I alternate this every other day with my AM Repechage Toner]
3. MAC Fast Response Eye Cream [Again!]
4. If I feel stripped I'll press in an Essential Oil Blend I made [lavender, cypress, chamomile and tea tree! :]

I also use Modern Friction from Origins and the Hydra 4 Mask by Repechage Weekly.

I don't use any products besides after-shaves and the like in my jaw area. I'm a guy, and every product I've ever used breaks me out, especially in the shaving areas. These products have given me the best skin I've ever had. Smile

Though, My toner is really un-inspiring to me lately. I need to venture out into a new toner. Suggestions? :]

Still searching for my HG routine, but I feel like I'm getting closer....

AM:
Dr Hauschka Cleansing Milk
Dr Hauschka Cleasing Cream
Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum (avoiding my sensitive areas on my cheeks)
Philosophy Hope in a Tube Eye Cream (the only one I've found that doesn't make my eyes itchy)
REN Calendula Omega HydraCalm Moisturizer (if I'm not going to have exposure to the sun)
Juice Organics Light Tint Moisturizer w/ SPF 30
Neutrogena SS SPF 70 (for exended periods in the sun)

PM:

Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum (avoiding my cheeks)
Philosophy Hope in a Tube Eye Cream
Dr Hauschka Rose Day Cream (my HG night cream... I tried not using cream at night after just washing with cleansing milk and my nose got so dry it peeled for a week like it was sun burned so I always use night cream now)

1-2 times a week (if I remember):
Borghese Frango Delicato (the best gift ever from my stepmom! super calming, makes my skin look flawless and tones down the ruddiness)
Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel for Sensitive Skin (only have the sample size, not sure if I'll re-purchase...)

And Whole Foods Lip Balms! They're organic and cheap- I'm so in love! I like Vanilla Honey especially at night! The peppermint is great for day. Still searching for a good one with SPF though....

I thought my routine was simple.... but now I'm reading this and thinking I'm way more high maintenance than I thought.... Rolling Eyes
