REVIEW: Decleor Cleansing Milk for Face and Eyes
The Cleansing Milk has a pretty light texture, but not particularly runny - which is good. It smells nice, not as distinct a smell as many other decleor products have, so if you're sensitive to smell this is a good one to use as it isn't too strong. It washes off easily. It doesn't do mascara very well unfortunately, and I try to use mascara that comes off easily... It probably isn't too great for oily skin but it does work well for sensitive skin.
This cleanser was one of the first products from Decleor I got. At the time my skin was very sensitive and dehydrated, and definitley prone to spots. The cleanser didn't break me out. At the same time I started useing decleors tonifying lotion and a light oil free face cream (can't remember the name and EDS don't carry it). After a month I incorporated MDF's glycolic face wash for sensitive skin, used that in the evenings and the decleor in the mornings and started using the HArmonie face cream. The combination of everything turned out to be good for my skin - and the cleansing milk definitley played a part in that. Gentle cleansing.
In general I would say the Cleansing Milk isn't anything completely WOW, but at the time of purchase it felt a bit luxurious to have a semi pricy cleansing milk and it is a good cleanser if you are sensitive ...... read more about Decleor on our Forum
New Decleor Source D'Eclat Moisturiser - First Impressions
This is a new moisturiser from Decleor which I was lucky enough to get some samples of. Decleor say it "immediately offers dull skin a much needed moisture surge and ensures luminosity with enhancing pearly particles, to reflect the light and further enhance your complexion."
I have used it a couple of times now and while I cannot comment on the long term effects, my immediate impressions are very good. I have normal to combo skin and normally steer clear of anything claiming to have light reflective/diffusing/enhancing particles for fear of looking like a greasy mess. I didn't need to worry - this is a lovely light moisturiser and not in the slightest bit sparkly.
I have previously been a true devotee of Decleor's Hydra Floral Cream, and the SA advised me that this would not be as hydrating as that. While it certainly is far lighter ( it's more similar to the Hydra Floral Emulsion in texture), when I used it after the Aromessence Neroli I felt sufficiently hydrated and my skin feels beautiful.
It's the most perfect base for makeup - my skin feels like silk and has a dewiness and a clarity to it that I have not seen with other moisturisers. I like it so much that I am going to buy the salon size off ebay!
I think this would be an ideal product for anyone with normal to oily skin to consider, apparently if you are dry you can follow it with another moisturiser. It smells lovely, a bit like orange sherbert and I can't wait to get stuck into a full size. I will try to update once I have been using it for a few months to see if there are any long term effects.
Anyone pondering this product - give it a ...... read more about Decleor on our Forum

Review: Decleor Hydra Floral Cream
**First of all -although Decleor claims this cream is for all skin types, I find it to be a very rich moisturizer, and maybe too rich for those with an oilier type of skin. Try it as a sample first if you have combo/oily skin. Or try the lighter Hydra Floral Fresh Emulsion (which I haven't tried). **
But for me, with a quite dehydrated/dry skin combined with some blackheads here and there which have caused flaking of the skin, this cream has done wonders. I have used it combined with the Aromessence Neroli oil, so it is impossible for me to say which product has made the difference, I guess it is the combination of these two which is so great (and why they sell them together in a pack, also) :)
The smell of this cream isn't the best thing about it, but when you have just put on the Neroli Oil it is only good that the next product doesn't have as strong a smell as the oil. It isn't an uncomfortable smell though, just a plain creamy ordinary smell, nothing special about it.
My nose occasionaly still peels/flake, but I have noticed a BIG difference in my skin's moisture level since using this cream. What is a bit unusual for me is the soft sheen the skin get from the Decleor products. I love this sheen, it makes the skin glowing and smooth, and makes me feel fresh and groomed like coming right from a facial at the salon every morning. And who doesn't like that feeling!? :D
The only thing is that I cannot use my ordinary powder/foundation (Clinique) over this cream, because my skin gets so shiny then. But with the complexion you get from using the oil+cream together you really don't need foundation or powder anyway! ...... read more about Decleor on our Forum
