I'm not sure about stability. I can't remember how long I had my bottles for but it was long. I don't recall noticing any huge difference between the two in terms of how quickly it changed color.
In terms of texture, SC is more watery and feels like you've put nothing on your face. My face also feels a bit tight if I don't put anything over it. The Vivier is more "substantial". It's still watery but it's got a slightly oilier feel to it and it doesn't feel tight when I put it on. My personal preference is the Vivier. |
