| I placed an order on 12/23, and still have not received my order. I emailed them a few days ago, and have not heard back. I am getting worried. Are they usually pretty reliable? Is anyone else having trouble with this company? |

They're slow but you should have had your order by now. It takes about 10 days or so for me to get mine.

I tried to order something from them just before christmas, my order didnt go through correctly.
My cc company told me to mail them and tell them the funds were waiting to be picked up by them. I did so and never got a reply.
I need some more BND and am wondering wether to buy from diannyvonne instead...but no free gift in that case  |

| They do take some time, but if I get worried I tend to call to check up on the order. They have an 800 number. |

| The storms in Washington caused power outages and such over many areas. This has been effecting Skin Bio. |

yes, the storms caused power outages - their computers were down for quite a while.
I just received an order placed 12/21 w/ a hand written receipt.
they also just moved to a new facility.
(ETA) do call their 800 number if you're concerned. |
