try to use products that contain ingrediants such as lavender, vitamin e and rosehip oil as they are all reputed to be very good at healing acne scars. I use liz earle superbalm concentrate which is a blend of oils, it comes in a glass rollerball and you massage it into the face at night over your moisturiser. When i use it the next day my skin looks like i have had a facial. It is fabulous. and it does help to heal scars.
Also remember not to squeeze spots or they scar more and try using a product for spots to help get rid of them quicker such as mario badescu drying lotion. |

What type of acne scar is it? I always pick at any zits that I get, which of course makes them worse, but my scars always heal very quickly when I use a Copper Peptide Serum.
I just ordered the Acne scar test kit from skinbiology.com - the sizes in that kit are large enough to last a long time.
Scalawaggirl has posted a lot of great info on this forum about how to use copper peptides. |

I have found the combination of matrikines (Matrixyl, Matrixyl 3000) and centella asiatica in a product/formulation speeds up the scar/wound healing. |

it will take time for acne scars to disappear. Regular exfoliation to get rid of the dead skin and promote healthy skin is important.
I use Dr. Hauschka reuvenating mask and it seems to make my acne scars look less noticeable. I apply a thin layer of this stuff before i go to sleep about once a week. When i wake up, my skin looks clearer |

find a good exfoliator and use it once a week to renew your skin..this will help, it will take atleast minimum 6 months to heal though....
try St.Ives apricot scrub..that works great on skin... |

The Dr H Rejuvenating mask can be left on (they suggest day as the skin is meant to breath at night). |
