I daily use Crabtree & Evelyn Rosewater Hand Therapy, it's light and nice, quickly being absorbed. In winter i use Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream which contains high % of glycerin. |

If you want natural, Cocoa butter is a great choice. It is a little hard and dry, so you have to scrape it from the jar and let it melt on your hands from your body heat. It is very effective. Shea butter is also good. If you don't mind a few additives, Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula is great and very inexpensive. I have also used Ahava & Burt's Bees which have been mentioned and they are good too. |

I like Molton Brown Hand Lotion with SPF15.
Sisleya Anti Age Hand Cream is great but can't really afford it in long run. |

Neutrogena is pretty good, but somehow too rich.
I love the smell of Crabtree & Evelyn Gardener's Hand Therapy |

For really dry hands, I also try Eucerin cream. It works great for me in the winter. |

Jurlique and L'Occitane are natural hand creams. But L'Occitane is not moisturing enough, and i do not suggest you use it in winter.
And also, Neotrogena is very very creamy, it won't be dry after applying it over hours! and each time, only a little cream would be enough. |

I use Crabtree&Evelyn(Garden, Rose or Nantucket) in the office, and Jurlique before I go to bed. Both are very good. |

Ahava Intense hand cream (Dermud),
it literally is moisturizing and hands don't feel dry after 30 minutes like with some other creams. |
