Hi Everyone
For those who don't know I am trying a concoction of MSM and diet for 9 months to try and clear my pigmentation and each week I will post a quicky reply on how the week went on MSM AND PIGMENTATION.
So this has been my first week:-
* 1000 Grm of MSM daily + 1000 Grm of Esta-C.
* No sugar, nor wheat or artificial colors etc.. in diet. This went to plan - except on Sundays - I have a day off and consume what I want. So far diet n pills are on plan.
* The first 5 days had quite strong dizzy spells occasionally through out the day. The dizzy spells are what I call fast and furious - they are quite strong but short lived. Especially if I stand up quickly from sitting down in the sofa or get out of bed too quickly - beginning to sound like an 80 year old. haha
This is a very new experience for me as I rarely get headaches, stomach aches etc... I bumped up the water in take each day to try and see if this changed the dizzy spells - seemed to work slightly. But to be honest only slightly.
I just think some people have small reactions to MSM and you have to just wait it out and let your body get used to the stuff.
* Yesterday 6th day and only had 1 dizzy spell - so I think my body is beginning get to used to the idea of taking MSM.
* Also no hair fall out or any other side affect so far!
* Okay what you all have been waiting for Pigmentation Marks - too early for me to honestly say if I see any changes - so this week - sorry to report but I will report NO CHANGE - so far!
* Tonight I will add in another 1000 Grms of MSM and Vit C to my plan + continue on diet blah blah blah
So therefore beginning of 2nd week I am up to 2,000 Grms of MSM and 2000 Grms of Vit C spread equally over the day.
Have a good week - cheers MSM GIRL |

I will be watching this as well, I have noticed in the past year two small dark spots appear on my face, I am at a loss for what to do about them! |

the sun causes a lot of damage,keep sun off your face. I have been very diligent about that and in the last couple years my melasma has really backed off. |
