On eBay description it was presented the picture but without the box .Also the adaptor I received doesn't work .
Any suggestions about what I can do...I wrote him an email but I don't expect to any positive answer specially that he didn't have mention any return policy:(
I am so frustated ...
I also ordered a trueradiance eyecream from there official site . This one didn't arrived yet after one month and the replay was just to wait for it ....
Such a bad luck .. and I really don't know what to do in this case as well
Any help will be much appreciated

I would really watch out who I buy from on ebay. There are lots of scammers out there, before paying I would check other buyers comments about the seller to make sure that the seller has a good history of making successful deals. Good luck. |

Thanks Baby The worst is that everyone who bought this derma wand from him - he had 40 - is very happy . I can't understand how they can be happy with an imitation when the promised product is the original
Anyway now I have it and I'll buy a new adaptor and I'll give a try ...May be it works and I am the only crazy one |

Taltya,
I am a 10 year ebayer...the number of times I have had issues can be counted on one hand, so don't let Baby scare you. But the key is actually reading the details...both what is there, as well as what is missing! The seller reputation is also very important.
Do you have the link to the product? I'll be glad to take a look at auction for you. |

I have bought absolutely tons of stuff from Ebay (one of the staff in our apartment building complained to my husband that he was getting RSI from writing out all the package notification slips). On the two occasions I did have a problem, both sellers went out of their way to resolve the issue. So don't panic. As Bethany said, sellers value their good reputation so email the seller again. If all else fails, there is a problem resolution centre at Ebay.
I also purchased my DermaWand from Ebay and I'm perfectly happy with it. However, I must say that when it arrived I thought it looked very unimpressive - are you sure you have a fake? They're not exactly the most elegant looking of gadgets.
Post the link here to the product and let us have a look at it. |
