I'm still in Consolidation and am still about 9lbs under my target weight. And I still love Dukan! |
Woo-Hoo Majorb!!!! 9lbs under the target weight??!! That's fantastic !!! I am ~3-4 lbs under (lost another 1 lb over the last couple of days) and it feels great.
Keep us posted on how things are going! |

Thanks, Rubby. Believe it or not, I'm actually trying to gain weight now as I've lost too much. (Never thought I'd end up saying that!) |

I am on the attack phase and have a question please. According to the book I can have unlimited ammounts of fat-free diary. However, the fat-free diary available in the US is stabilized with some kind of fillers, whitch add carbohydrates. My fat free yogurt has 15g (5%) of carbs per serving....
Maybe my thinking is post-Atkins, but I am scared of so much carbs. Any comments, please?

I worked with the Dukan technique for several months and have concluded that I'm better off in the long run on with the Blood Type approach. For the last several years I've wanted to have my wheat and be healthy too, dairy also, and that is just not how it works... for me anyway. I'm better off focusing on foods I eat and those I avoid rather than a day of proten to ketogenic nuke a bad meal-- just not what I want to do diet wise long term. Two and half weeks off wheat and I feel utterly fabulous, like I haven't felt since before I fell off the wagon. So no to dairy, "celebration meals" and Dukan Thursday-- good in the short term and that is it. |
