If this is wrong with the forum guidelines then moderator feel free to remove it.

Just want to ask if there is another quality forum like this for skin care and skin health that you attend.

Thank you!!!!!

English speaking I only also read the forum from Skincaretalk and also alternative health wise very often visit curezone.
I search a lot on youtube too, whether in English, Spanish or French... there are some gems in the youtube world.
Would like to know about any other worthwhile in skin care too!!
Apart from these two forums mentioned above I usually read spanish speaking forums.
Any recommendations of others? Thanks.

Naah. I dont like their industrial sludge aka copper and their very strong acids that evaporate skin in the air!!!!

I let the blood do the job and choose real natural methods.

I stay there.I am sοrry you have to accept me Yubs. Laughing

Second the recommendation for MakeupAlley.

Longecity has a forum as well, and I have found that very useful.

OCM,dermaroller and microtrauma mechanisms,
massaging,brushing,pinching.
Yoga,fruits and good plant fats.
Herbs.
DIY recipes.
I am still learning so there will be more to come hopefully.

Most of chemical things have a bioavailability of 10% which means the rest is just a problem for the body and has to be expelled quickly.
Once trapped it becomes a POISON.
Because the body is going to try everything to be again free from chemicals and toxins, just like the way it were born.

Thats why natural methods and fruits have super leves of bioavailability and the body can make full use of them.

I wonder if someone could recommend a good skincare forum that focuses on DIY and chemistry? Thank you, if anybody has any ideas!
