People are always weary when others mention (or even when I start talking about) facial exercises and diet and nutrition, but every once in a while I get so lucky to see photos from a trainee which shows to me undeniable proof that they are just as powerful as anything out there we have in the world today to help with the way we choose to age. The lovely link below is by EDS member and flexer TankerYanker (who has given us permission to share these photos). I often get asked for photographic evidence and usually people are reluctant to share their photos but every once in a while we have someone willing to do so and TankerYanker I just want to applaude you. Please take a look at these photos because there should be no doubt in your mind in viewing them just what potential results a facialbuilding program can deliver.
Now what I noticed straight away is that this is clearly a result of someone who has been doing cross stretching. Very few topicals out there seem to be able to produce as visible and noticeable skin remodelling techniques akin to this (in my opinion). Its so easy in the world of consumerism to think that we have to rely on creams and potions (not knocking them – they do have their place) but they cant produce these kind of results. It can seem off putting because it is hard work – but I know when I saw these photos I felt extremely motivated and I knew these would also be encouraging and inspiring to others too!

| Also just to say some people have great success with skin remodelling agents like Retin A and CPs and more power to those, but there are a few who haven't had those results, and so I'm just sharing the above to show there is always hope. Likewise you can get the best of both worlds and combine remodelling agents with facial building techniques - and I am a trainer of FlexEffect but recognise there are many out there, so this isn't so much of a sales type message but rather one showing people that there are other possibilities available. These are just the tip of the iceberg but I'm more confident with seeing an increase in the photos that I know these will start to help people turn into facial building techniques. |
