I might be getting ahead of myself here, and, if I am, please tell me. I have been reading a LOT on this forum, trying to learn all I can. I am doing Ageless, but I feel I need more eye exercises. Gravity has given me hollows just below my eyes and below the hollows, fat bags/puffiness. It makes me look tired and old. Is it safe for me to do the eye exercises on the Shape Your Face website? I do not own the program. If it is okay to do it, how would I incorporate them into Ageless? I don't want to overdo it, but those bags have to go.

Rather than doing more exercises – one thing I think that will help big time is the massage. Deb Crowley wrote about a technique for the eyelids specifically that would probably help the lower lids and thicken the area up (I’m guessing here). With hollows – its not so much gravity but loss of facial fat volume that causes them. I wouldn’t do the shapeyourface exercises on top of Ageless as that will be too much too soon. Instead adding massage will help the area instead. Do a search for the massage and you will read many exciting reviews.

I knew you would be the one to answer me TheresaMary. Thank you. As soon as I finish this post, I will be researching Deb Crowley's massage technique. I do understand what you mean about the loss of fat creating the hollows; what about the little fat (or whatever they are) bags below the hollows? What causes them? Thanks so much for your help.

Not sure what they are but guess they could be a combo of several different things. I know someone once said something about the under eye area being very prone to lymphatic congestion but didn’t understand it all, but basically my understanding is the under eye area is prone to sometimes getting overly congested. It can also be just plain old tiredness – even if you sleep (as sometimes even though people go to bed early they wake up feeling tired still and that’s beause they haven’t had deep sleep.

Hi there,

After facial exercises, massage, creams, tools etc, the practice that eliminated my undereye puffiness was facial lymphatic massage. I did it daily for two weeks to jump start the process and then switched to once/week and now I forget because I have no to minimal puffiness.

I use this and super love it! I still do everything else, facial exercise and massage. A dermwand can help reduce under eye puffiness as well as other benefits.

Check my 57 yr eye skin photo and blog on facial exercise and massage here:

Hope this helps!

What a great blog and you look fantastic! Any hair secrets, you have gorgeous thick hair and I used to. I'm 47 and lost half just last year due to hormones (no one could help me). Doctors, naturopaths, endos, rhuemas and I even got my implants removed. Better after that.

Often turn your eyes, as long as they are healthy, they are the best! Beauty is not as important as health.
