While researching sunless tan salons, I noticed some of them offer RLT beds. I'm curious what the reviews are. They claim to improve skin tone and elasticity, boost collagen, etc.
One offers a Slimpod which is Thermal Dynamic energy that promises the above, plus massage, detoxify, reduce cellulite as well as cardiovascular conditioning.
I'm a skeptic by nature but they are nice spas so I'm curious. |

The science is there. Studies have proven it stimulates collagen. Some of the other claims (such as helping osteoarthritis) is sketchy. There are specific perameters though in regards to the wavelength, lumens, etc. Look up the studies for info.
But I'd like to hear a first hand account as well. |

| I think that should be helpful, but the most important thing is skin care. I think cosmetics should be the most powerful. Using the right cosmetics will make the skin great. |

| Absolutely, skin care is most important but there are wonderful devices on the market that will compliment them and they should not be ignored. |
