Hi Olivia23,
Sorry to hear about that. I can totally relate though. Being in my 30's, I am still breaking out It sounds like yours may be hormonal. Always good to start with your doctor and go from there, just to make sure it's nothing serious or if some ingredient is no longer suiting your skin. Sometimes using a few different products can also cause our skin to react negatively because it disrupts the skin's balance.
Another suggestion might be to try out a face cream with CBD Oil in it. It's been shown to be be highly effective in helping with all kinds of acne. Just be sure to make sure the quality of the CBD oil is good and the product has all natural ingredients so you're not adding any chemicals that could be harmful to your skin |

You pretty much are spot-on as to why your skin broke out the way it did.
Anytime you introduce a new item into your skincare routine and you notice adverse effects, then the logical conclusion is that's probably what caused the change (in your case breakout).
What may have happened is that by introducing a new item into your skincare routine, you inadvertently ended up clogging your pores.
Thankfully, there exists an ingredient for effectively and safely unclogging your pores and it's called salicyclic acid.
It's honestly a God-send for those of us suffering from acne or blackheads (a mild form of acne).
Using salicyclic acid on a regular and consistent basis should help you to clean and clear out your acne for good. |
