Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice on the best ways to tackle cellulite. I’ve tried a few topical creams with minimal results and am considering other options. Has anyone here had success with treatments like laser therapy, radiofrequency, or even more natural methods like dry brushing or dietary changes? I’m interested in hearing about personal experiences, what worked for you, and any recommendations for reputable practitioners or products. I’m especially keen on solutions that offer long-lasting results. |

I do dry brushing with those big chunky exfoliating things that the Bodyshop sells, along with application of a firming serum sold by Project E Beauty. I like their redlight/cavitation/ultrasonic device, too. Its the regular application that works. I've noticed a marked improvement with just dry brushing daily, 60-100 strokes each butt. |

Strength training and staying hydrated helped firm things up, while dry brushing improved circulation over time. I also pay attention to my diet, lots of veggies, lean protein, and omega-3s. For supplements, I order through Canada Pharmacy Partner because it’s convenient to get collagen and other skin-supporting nutrients in one place. I’ve tried radiofrequency sessions too, and while they’re not magic, they gave a smoother look when paired with healthy habits. |
