Questions on ordering dermalogica products from EDS

Hi all,

New to this forum *wave*... I'm considering buying some dermalogica products from this site and have some questions before ordering:

1) If I only want to order 2 products for my 1st order, can the shipping cost be discounted based on weight of the parcel? Coz CAD$15 is a little too steep...

2) Does the products come with dermalogica's green seal on the cap and also with the original box. Coz I went to another online site and although their products are cheap, it doesn't come with the dermalogica's green seal! Sad

hi there

dealing with your first query, i think you'll find theres no leeway with shipping costs. if your international - like me, then $15 is what it is regardless of how few items you order.

of course the other way around that would be to order $200 worth of items, then P+P is free!! Embarassed

with regards to your second query, have no worries here. this site offers only brand new products, and all will come with the Dermalogica seal. Surprised

All Dermalogica products that I have bought from EDS thus far have come with the Dermalogica seal and have been boxed (if they were supposed to be boxed).

In terms of shipping, you should address those inquiries to EDS directly (email them perhaps?) but I'm pretty sure that this is a flat rate regardless of how much you purchase. I must say that I always "coordinate" my orders in order to go for the over $200 free P+P option too Embarassed
