I am very interested in adding proline and panthenol to my DIY version of vitamin C like CellexC does. Is the proline that you buy in the vitamin section the same thing? Is it bioavailable topically? How much proline and how much panthenol should I add? My understanding is that the current 10ml mixture is 1/2 water, 1/2 propylene glycol and 10% vitamin C.
