hi
Can I have the link to order samples?
Can I know why this link isnt put on the website so that it is easier to access to it?
Also I got a site from a friend who gave me the site for bigger sizes of Dermalogica at Essentialdayspa (but have to pay $16.30 for shipping).... May I know why all these pages are hidden from the main site? Can you incorporate all hidden pages on the website so that we can have easier access to those sites?

When we posted free samples on our website last time we had over a hundred orders for free samples within couple of days. One sample can cost us up to $1.50 CDN so please understand that we cannot supply the whole world with free samples even if we wanted too because we simply cannot afford it. We chose to add all our available samples to the packages of our clients who are making a purchase on our website. This does not mean that we do not ship just free samples, we just cannot commit to sending a free samples to the whole world on our website. If you call us Toll free: 1-888-2956802 someone in the Spa will be happy to arrange the order for free samples for you.
As for big sizes of Dermalogica products we just try to not stock them because shipping in some cases is more expensive than the product. Here is a link if you still want to order them:

Madga,
Maybe you can charge for the samples, and put a link in the website for ordering samples, e.g. different sets of 7-8 samples, to cater to different skin problem. I am sure those who really wish to try will not mind paying for it. |

We would rather give samples away for free. So far we can fulfill almost all requests for free samples and we intend to keep it that way. (just request them on the phone or drop us an e-mail)
Also in many cases samples can not be sold because policies of manufacturer forbidding sale of samples.
