but the pesticides go deeper than that so I would have thought it would be better to eat organic apples and have the benefits of the extra nutrition from the skins. God knows on that diet you need all the extra nutrition you can get!
Out of curiosity what does your mum say about this? If you were my kid I'd read you the riot act for doing something so unhealthy. |

| instead of the ebook, I would strongly suggest you save your money and go to the library or ebay and get "the perricone promise" it's much more normal than the ebooks as far as something you can stick to and live by. I have both Leo's ebook and Perricone's book and believe me, perricone's is much more down to earth and easier to follow. Try it for 10 days and see if it doesn't help. There's a balance here that really makes sense and does help the skin. You don't have to buy the products, just start with the eating program and stick with it. Be savvy and shop on line to save money. If you want his products, you can get the same ingredients thru other companies, just do the research. |
