I'm not sure if you're asking about products or DIY. If it's DIY you might want to pick up some Dimethyl Isosorbide, which is used as a penetration enhancer in Skinceuticals CE&F and Candy's Triple C. There's a thread over in DIY about it, but you can get it here

You might also want to add 1% Vit E to your cream/serum this enhances the anti-oxidant activity multifold. You could also add Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate, the latest C ester (there are tests showing good resuts of this used alongside L-Ascorbic).
