lin, I just looked at the ingredients list too, and obviously this company has not followed product labelling rules. Full ingredient disclosure requires that you name each ingredient in the formula, by the INCI name, in the order of highest loading to lowest loading.
Obviously the parabens are NOT loaded that high in this formula. It would be normal to see the parabens down at the bottom of the list. As a matter of fact, if loaded at 1% or less, the company no longer has to place them in order, but can simply place these low loaded ingredients at the very bottom of the list. Methylparaben and Propylparaben are usually loaded at about 0.25% or less, and therefore should be at or near the bottom of this list.
It's obvious problems like this that often makes me "wonder" about a company and its products. Because, the full disclosure rule is very well known in the industry.
