I know some of us are mixing things into our routines which is great, and I've never hidden the fact that I was originally trained in massage techniques including some accupressure, but recently I came across a dvd that I though worthwhile sharing.
In the past, many have liked the Accupressure Face Lift which is a great dvd (http://www.acupressurefacelift.com) but there is another site I have found with a good (if not better) dvd by a Grand Master and after viewing the dvd its simple to follow, its informative and its also very relaxing and energising.
Its available at:
http://www.rejuvenationcenters.org/index.html
There is also a free book on the site that you can get, and there is a dvd (thats relatively cheap) by a Grand Master at 50 years of age on the dvd.
Not that I believe it can replace facial exercises, but its good in conjunction with FE for sure. Dvd is really easy to follow and I am really impressed by it.
Know some people loved the Accupressure Facelift and figured it worth sharing information about this one too.

Thanks, SeanySeanUK, for the recommendation. The free e-book on the site is worth reading. I think I'm going to get the DVD. I posted this on the other thread but I wanted to post it here too. In the book, Tian Yong says "when massaging the skin, a creme or lotion that is slippery is essential, otherwise, the massage will stretch the skin and cause it to sag." I know there's been some concern about stretching the skin with massage. |

Yes I do have it, and its short - some 19 minutes but its not by any means a beginners video. I think people who have tried accupressure etc before are the ones most likely to benefit. It does show point placing very well, and the woman talks along while demoing it on a lady.
I can understand the frustration if someone is completely new to it, it would be far too quick to keep up with, but I know many people have used the Accupressure Face Life and this demo's far more points, albeit at a quicker pace.
If someone was a complete beginner, then one video I like which goes slowly is the LifeLift dvd, that has Rashelle Haines demoing an accupressure facelift and that sequence is closest to those I have studied.

It looks very interesting, but this got a one star review at Amazon from someone. |
Just to be clear on this, SeanySean you have bought the DVD right? Because the review on Amazon complained that there were only "10 minutes of showing from far distance and for a second or two zooming on face without any explanations on location of pressure points." |
