Sorry to get back to this topic so late. I've been busting my hump doing some heavy yard work for the last couple of weeks and haven't been on here as much as usual.
Good to know they will keep me regular and feeling full. How about differences in your skin? I'm assuming that since they are high in omega 3s they would help to soften lines and plump up the skin a bit. Is that correct? |
I really believe all the healthy things we do for our insides show on the outside, I never think it is just one single thing we eat or supplement but a combination of many!
I have watched how I eat since I was around 20 and was living on my own and at 58 I have very resilient, elastic and plump skin! |

I make the chia gel and keep it in a small pitcher in the fridge. I add it to beverages and smoothies.
I like the gel much better than the seeds.

I just soak them and flax seeds in a bit of EVOO or Flax Seed oil for about 10 minutes and then sprinkle on a salad, I enjoy the added crunch! |

| I make a chia gel as well, they float in liquid. No improvements in my skin before or after, I just like the way they taste and feel. |
