That is a pretty good way of thinking!
I know I'm not that crazy about my nose, but if I had to pick a cosmetic surgery it would be my eyes...again!
-one of my eyes has a slight problem and I did have it fixed twice, but your muscles have memory and I'm back to where I started.
But I do find it is somewhat affecting the vision in one eye,so it is not entirely considered "cosmetic".
My sister finally had a rhinoplasty- after 20 years of complaining about her nose.
-SHE did not have to pay for the whole thing as she had breathing problems w her nose. |

Nonie, That was a great post! Lots of useful advice. Also, makes you think about things in a more positive way. Thanks. |

Well, at least don't do what I did a while ago. I decided that my (aquiline) nose was too big and started a pressing-on-the-cartilege-daily regimen in the hope of gradually pushing it down a bit. Crazy, I know. Soon after I'd started that I saw a photo of myself and my nose looked about twice its normal size! Obviously I'd irritated it and it had swelled up (and become nice and shiny, too).
So that's for your amusement and as a cautionary tale ! |

What do you mean by bulbous?
Do you mean slight trapped hard like fat .Concentrated hard fat on nose?
If thats your concern then Deb Crowley suggests a pinching rolling of the skin.Just like kneading of the skin.
She suggest if it becomes inflamed then cut back.
You should see results within the first weeks.
If you want my humble opinion on nose and ears ,undigested food is being accumulated on these regions through wrong diet.Especially protein debris from dairy, meat and other dense protein foods are being accumulated. |

Panos, do you make this stuff up as you go? How can you give advice on stuff you have no clue about? You are still telling people to massage their noses when a few posts above it was clear you had no clue what you were talking about because you wanted Deb to come and advise us if that would work, yet you see nothing wrong with recommending something you yourself haven't seen work. You take a tip you are given for one part of the body different from the nose and recommend it be used the nose without really knowing how that will work. How can you be at peace with taking people's trust for granted and sending them on a wild goose chase? You don't even try to give a disclaimer that lets the person know you are not speaking from a point of certainty. Instead you try to sound so sure of yourself but you really are just guessing as one can see from the two different explanations you have given for the same problem. Tomorrow it won't be undigested protein or fat or hard collagen but maybe cooked veggies.
I refused to believe you really meant to write that indigested food collects at the tip of the nose. Was sure a virus had taken over your PC or something. But I was wrong. Clearly science is not your forte. |
