But what a weird name, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt. Angelina must have named her. |
Didn't some local tribesman or head villager or something have naming rights? |

Hmmm, according to my baby names book (I keep one on hand so I can name the feral cat colony that lives on my property), “Shiloh” means ‘peace’ and “nouvel” is the French feminine form of “new” (nouveau), although Angie and Brad misspelled it (should have ‘le’ on the end). Although, I hear that the architect that Brad admires most is some french dude named Jean Nouvel so he was the one that came up with his daughter’s middle name. Apparently he was also responsible for Zahara’s middle name “Marley,” as Bob Marley is/was Brad’s fave singer. |

I like the name Shiloh. Two years ago when I thought that I was pregnant I considered that name. The name is in the Bible though many don't know this. It turned out that I was not pregnant and now since many in the future will probably name their girl this name, I will not name mine Shiloh should I get pregnant. |

I feel a bit sorry for her too. It doesn't seem like she is leaving the child raising to the paid help and wants to take him with her everywhere. |

I feel very sorry for Britney. How many 1st time 24 year old moms make mistakes- all of them. How many have every mistake broadcast to the whole world? She's just trying her best, and she does seem to be doing most of the work herself, which I bet is a lot more than most celeb moms. I doubt K-Fed is much help. I certainly wouldn't let him hold my baby! (of course, I wouldn't have had one with such a loser to begin with! ) And now she's trapped with another one on the way. Imagine how scared she must be. (Hasn't she heard of the pill?) |

It's possible that poor Britney may finally be wising up to him and will kick him to the curb soon: http://socialitelife.com/2006/06/01/is_kevin_federline_leaking_stories.php I *do* feel for her -- even though she stole that loser from his pregnant (common law) wife -- because I think she's really in love with him and refused to listen to the warnings of her family and friends that he was just a gold-digger. Apparently he's been spending A LOT of time with the mama of his first kids recently and there's speculation that if Britney's people offer him a big enough settlement to go away, that he will take the money (which is what he was after all along) and return to Shar Jackson for good. |

You know, looking at those pics, if it wasn't for the fact that he is the "manny" .. you would think they were just a happy family out for a walk.
I say dump the dork and marry the manny. |

Looks like Matthew McConaughey and Penelope Cruz are "taking a break". I forgot they were together. |

Why does anyone feel sorry for Britney Spears? I don't understand this. She slept with K Fed when he was still together with his girlfriend and that girlfriend was pregnant with their second child! She might not have "stole" him from his girlfriend/common law wife but she was basically sleeping with a married man. Now she expects fidelity from him? To claim that Britney is innocent is ridiculous. She knew he was with someone else, and she knew that the girlfriend was pregnant. Britney is getting something called Karma. She deserves it all. Now if only K Fed could get whats coming to him. He is FAR from innocent. |

I never liked Penelope especially how quickly she and Tom Cruise hooked up after his breakup with Nicole Kidman. |

So we should all wish bad things to happen to Brittany and her baby from now on??? No one is saying Brit is innocent. People make mistakes, especially young people. My young son has made many bad life choices and all I can do is hope and pray he learns valuable lessons from his mistakes. Hopefully no one is wishing bad karma to come his way.
What some of us are saying is that we (some of us moms ourselves) feel compassion for her because she is having to learn the ropes of being a mom in the limelight of the world. It's tough enough being a new mom! |

I think she is learning the hard way that if a man comes to you as having cheated on someone, then he is just gonna end up doing it to you too. Serial cheater. No one held a gun to his head and said cheat on your partner NOW... I think a lonely girl got suckered by a charming creap. And I say this as someone who doesnt even like the girl or her music. |

Phredd, I never said that I hope bad things happen to her. I said that karma is coming her way. There is a REAL difference between making "bad choices" and hurting other people. Plenty of people make stupid mistakes but they don't end up breaking up families and causing harm. Britney and K Fed did both. They hurt his pregnant common law wife by having an affair together. Then he dumps her while she is pregnant with a second child and goes to Britney. I can't imagine how the common law wife felt. But nobody seems to care about her at all, only about Britney. I feel sorry for her child and future one on the way. I don't feel sorry for the fact that she may now very well end up in the same position as the common law wife was.
Again, how is Britney the victim in this? If a husband cheats on his pregnant wife with another woman and then the mistress gets pregnant herself are we supposed to feel sorry for HER? |

I don't remember seeing where anyone said they felt sorry for Brittney because she might be in a less than perfect marriage.
I repeat, What some of us are saying is that we (some of us moms ourselves) feel compassion for her because she is having to learn the ropes of being a mom in the limelight of the world. It's tough enough being a new mom! |

I hate that people even talk about this k-fed character. He is not worth it and he takes it all as a compliment. Some lyrics in his song are something like "yeah, they all hate me but I'm still front page" Something like that. It was on one of those entertainment shows.
Ooops I'm talking about him... |
