I've never had a problem with my orders from Garden of Wisdom and always find Markey to be incredibly responsive. However, I also know that sometimes, no matter how great the vendor, problems do arise.

But, since our forum rules advise against vendors answering order questions here, I'd like to suggest that if people DO have problems with deliveries, etc. that they take it to the vendor's customer service and not pose their questions here.

Of course, if what someone wants to do is post something in the form of a "review" - i.e. "this vendors customer service is so bad (or so good Very Happy ) that yada yada yada...." that's well within the general guidelines. But, most of what I've read is here is "when am I going to get my package."

Actually my post was not intended as "when am I going to get my package?" I did want to see if it is a normal thing for a package from GOW to take a week or more to get to someone. That was all I wanted to know. That way I wouldn't worry and start getting mad at my post office. If someone were to say "oh no, I got mine right away," then of course, I would contact GOW. I just didn't want to bother Markey unnecessarily with the disclaimer on her web site that she's backed up and has no help. I was not expecting a response from Markey on this thread, but was hoping for responses from fellow members.

I think she is so busy now that her ship time is a week. She even stated that on her home page. It's no biggie for me except for the impatient factor. Brick wall

Got my package yesterday. So happy. The label did show a date of 3/22, so the problem was with the post office. Poor Markey! Not only she has no helpers, she also has to deal with a bad post office. Why are post office workers so incompetent? I am frustrated with mine, too.

Anyway, I just adore the liquid oat BG. I tried it last night, and it hydrated my 11 lines so well. I need to figure out how much MAP to add to it so I can have a fresh Ester C serum all the time.

Her eye serum is also awesome. I used it last night and this morning. Little goes a long way. My eyelids just seem more lifted.

I also got the lite-n-brite serum with kojic acid. I don't know yet if it will do anything.

I have a question.. I got my Lite N' Bright Serum last week and finally got around to use it today. However, I start seeing little clumps inside the bottle.. Should I keep the bottle in the fridge, since it looks like it doesn't have any preservatives? Confused

Has anyone tried any of the GoW eye products? I was looking at the Anti-puffy Eye Serum to help with my puffiness, but I also have some fine lines developing and was wondering about the GoW GOaWay Circles w/Haloxyl for that.

Love the GoW GOaWay Circles w/Haloxyl. It really helped the puffiness under my eyes and works a lot better than several MUCH more expensive eye creams I've tried. I've been using it in conjunction with the SAS Bright I since the SAS stuff is better for my dark circles. I think that next time I'll just order the GOW anti-puff since I use the Bright I too.

The Anti Puffy addresses both fine lines and puffiness
The GOaWay Circles is for if you need attention to fine lines and puffiness, but also have dark circles.
If you have dark circles you DON'T want to use the eyeliss one by itself! Smile

Awesome! I might have to try this stuff.

I don't really have dark circles... just a bit of color where some of the deep veins are showing through under my eyes. Does that make sense? Also, there is a bit of a shadow with the puffiness/bags. And now lines! Yeesh. Smile

So, I wonder which one I should buy. Does what I describe count as dark circles?

I think the last part does, not sure about the first part though Smile
Sounds like you definitely want to go for the haloxyl version though.

Yup... Markey got back! Smile The clumps were caused by the cold weather so all I needed to do was shake the bottle and they would dissolve. Cool

I just ordered the anti-puffy eye serum and I'm very excited to try it out! I've been using the Juvena eye serum for far too long now and I don't think it does a damn thing for me anymore.

Watch it bkkgirl Wink Wink
Sometimes a package can go loop, or something else can happen and it dosen't get delivered on time. Ten days, and depending on whether or not a sunday went by, is not bad. My packages take just as long lots of time.
Has anyone seen any more in terms of whether or not the beta glucans make you break out. I haven't used it in a while because I think it was breaking me out.

p.s. I'm just messing with ya bkkgirl. It dosen't hurt my feelings at all.

I like the Haloxyl product also. Haloxyl did help with my circles.

I just received the oat beta glucans from GOW. I've been using it as a primer for about 2 weeks now on one side of my face and I think I see improvement in some areas of creepiness and a slighly saggy eyelid.

I just got my eye serum from GoW! She also sent me a sample of a new eye product called "eye magik" or something like that. I'm so excited! I don't know which to try first! Smile

I received a sample of the Majik eye cream with my order aswell, and I'm loving it. At the moment I actually prefer it over the full size GoaWay Circles I ordered. I'm definitely planning on ordering the fullsize version of this.

My eyes are really sensitive at the moment and i'm finding the GoaWay Circles serum stings a little, so i'm going to give it another go when my skin has settled down a bit.

I also got the Moisturising Gel with pearl powder and really like this aswell. Seems as if it's perfect for oily/combo skin as it doesn't leave a shine and absorbs well. I'm also impressed with the Marityme Gel so far, though I haven't used it for long enough yet, but i'm so happy with the products I've tried.

Sel, what is the Majik eye cream doing for you? It has a list of ingredients, but not what it is supposed to be beneficial for.

I'm not sure what this product is meant to do as such. I started using it over the GoaWay Circles serum, but quickly started using the Majik Eye Cream alone. So far I've found it a really lovely eye cream to use, the sample was small but i'm amazed by how long it's lasted. The plus for me is that it doesn't leave a sticky or tacky residue after application and it absorbs so well, and doesn't leave shine, which again I like especially for day wear.

Surprisingly I think that this may help dark circles more than the GoaWay Circles Serum, that's my impression so far, for me personally. I also think this would probably be a great choice for those with sensitive skins. After I've applied my skin feels softer, and although I've used eye creams that have a more immediate firming 'effect' i'm impressed by how hydrated the skin under my eyes seems after using this.
I have used tons of the Cellcosmet Eye Contour samples, and made my mind up to purchase the fullsize version, but now I think i'm going to hold off and try the full size Majik first.
