i also do Ageless and Flex Effect..wbut also include Sente marias program which adds yet another dimension of anti-aging to my face...leaving certain exercises out of each program that don't feel right for my face (i did Ageless alone..including the Ageless bootcamp... for about a year, staring in 2009, before i started to include the FE and Sente Marie exercises)

I would try other systems if i had the time...but i don't..since i also incorporate..depending on the day..several dif massagea..including Tanaka..and several dif systems of acupressure facelift (which include points on the meridians on the body also)..so no time for a new facial exercise program!

Wow, do I feel like an idiot! I only read the first few pages of this thread, got excited about all your results and went ahead to buy and download the dvd. The problem is it didn't download to my computer. No email on how to do it! I just now saw that I was supposed to go back to the site after purchasing it.

Of course, I emailed them yesterday about and have not heard back. Now, reading all these newer posts about the bad customer service has me wondering if I should just file a dispute with Paypal and get my money back.

What do you all suggest I do?

Thanks you, claraboo. I'll do that. So disappointed, though, because I loved the thought of getting good results with a facial workout program that only took 5 minutes.

Hi Sandooch! I filed a paypal claim when I realized I was never going to get my order. Paypal was very good in crediting my account. I suggest you put in your claim asap. Good luck! Smile

This kind of made me laugh (sorry) It shows you are what we call an 'impulsive buyer'. The sort of buyer most companies dream of. Smile

The best way to view long threads if start from the end.

It shows that you should read instructions carefully when you buy a download.

Wow, Lotusesther, thanks for the warm welcome! Rolling Eyes

Just an update with this situation...I did file a complaint through Paypal after not hear back from her and, lo and behold, I immediately hear back from Loulou via email. She said she would send the download to me email ASAP. I waited a day and emailed her back saying I never got it. She said it must have gone to my spam. Whatever! She finally sent it a couple hours after that.

I immediately checked it out, and I liked doing the exercises but had questions on a couple things I noticed on the DVD. I emailed her those questions last week and still haven't heard back. I doubt I will, but at least I got the download. Here's to hoping it works for me.

@ sandooch - Periodic lurker, new poster here. I too bought the downloads, except I DID go back to the website directly after paying and still got a fat lot of nothing. Which only shows the problem is on the website end, mmmkay? I came here to see if anyone else had similar difficulty and found my answer. Will take it up with Paypal. Thanks all.

It seems disputing it on Paypal is the only way to get her to contact you. Such unprofessionalism!

Hi
I don't post much here either but do read a lot of the information you kind ladies supply! Just to let you know that I paid for the Hotspots PDF and managed to get it downloaded immediately.

Its so sad that its come to that. I don't know what happened, but I originally had such high hopes for Lou when she had someone join her (Anne) as I figured there would be someone dealing with queries and questions but it seems to have gone to pot. Such a shame really.

Hello, I have joined today after lurking for a while, especially interested in reading the face exercise forums.

I waited ages for Ageless to be on sale again, and on a whim just before Christmas visited the site and saw that it was.

In my excitement I bought the DVD which failed to download properly (my fault as I didn't know that wmv files are incompatible with mac). I know that a few members have expressed disappointment at the lack of response from Louise Annette so was concerned that she wouldn't get back to me if I wrote to her, and that I'd wasted my money.

Anyhow, I wrote to her immediately after it happened, to both her paypal and website address, and appealed to her goodwill, seeing it was my error the download didn't work.

I wasn't expecting anything, so was very pleasantly surprised when she replied and refunded the money straight away with a nice message too.

So I am very happy. I bought the pdf book, all good, and finally doing the exercises in which I am seeing small differences already, especially in the way I am now more aware of how I hold my face when neutral and how it contributes to a "slack" look. (I am 40 and have jowls which I am trying to get rid of).

Anyway, I guess I just wanted to say that I had a nice experience with Louise Annette and I'm sorry that others haven't. I agree it makes such a big difference to how you view a product that you've bought.

Hi,
I bought the 'DVD' which was a download. I watched it once, but it has disappeared from my computer. I have emailed Louise at three different addresses with no reply yet. I hope I don't have to go to Paypal. Don't really want a refund--want a DVD!

I have used Cynthia Rowland's Facial Magic exercises for years. They make some difference, but they take 20-25 minutes, so 5 minutes sounds good to me! They are very different from Louise's.

I'm sorry to say still no response from Louise. I download without a problem, and usually there is a choice because in the real world we are all on different systems. A customer should not have to kiss a vendor's keister to get a product they've paid for or hope that they will respond if they're in the mood to do so.

Very occasionally I run across a flakey vendor, usually it's just absent mindedness. Yet somehow they are never too absent minded not to take your money Wink

Miranda Blue, "taking your money" is simply the Paypall process when you buy the download. An automated process. Apparently some people have a problem with the Ageless website and its downloading system - that can happen. Others don't have a problem with it at all.

@Lotusesther Yes that is true of course, I was irritated when I wrote that
@Sandooch Louise did eventually respond and provided a link, promising to provide a link to the second item I bought. (Why she didn't forward 2 links in 1 email I don't know). Unfortunately I was away for 2 days and when I opened the link today it had already expired. I'm getting angry. I asked that she again send the links, but if she doesn't respond soon I'm raising it to a claim with Paypal, this is absurd.

I wonder why the link expired in only 2 days. The email she sent me said it would stay up for 14 days.

I'm sorry that you are having such a hard time with it and hope you have it resolved soon.

I've been doing Ageless now (full routine) a total of 8 times. No noticeable difference yet, as some here have mentioned noticing after only one week, but I think I'm just one of those people who respond later than others (to just about any product or routine I try). So I'm continuing on and hope to see some results soon. I will be sure to post here when/if I do see results.

@Sandooch Thanks - Louise sent the file again which I did download successfully so all is well now. I've been doing the exercises for about a week, no visible difference - yet - but the muscles certainly feel like they're working! I wonder if it's ok to post pics of our progress here
