There are so many stores that have great online selection these days. Some even have a bigger selection online than they do in stores- like Ann Taylor LOFT, for example, has a maternity line that is sold mostly online. Cute stuff too! Also, my sister shops at online stores because they tend to carry plus sizes online, but not in stores. |

I found a wonderful bag on Designerexposure.com and hope to get some advice from more experienced shoppers.
I am an international customer. During checkout, I got a surprise. The bag was $600 +, and while placing my order, I suddenly got to know that they would charge me in New Zealand dollar (and I am Norwegian). Then they converted the price to Norwegian kroner, and the bag turned out to be $800 +. I emailed CS eight hours ago, but don't know if I'll get an answer. Any comments?
Then to the quality. This is a designer brand. Can I be sure that the bag is authentic? This is a second hand bag, and the quality is described as Very Good. When I looked up what that means, it said: "Shows some wear, but still have some life".
It looks lovely on the picture. What do you think "some life" means? I know it's not a new bag, but I want it to look nice. Any thoughts?
TIA. |

Update: CS at designerexposure confirmed that the "new" price on the bag is correct. So this is a warning to international customers: The prices that are listed in the web shop will increase by 30 per cent during check out!
I still hope that someone will share their experiences with the quality of the products from Designerexposure. |

ASOS, Uniqlo, Zara, Nordstrom, SSENSE, and H&M are all good online clothing stores that ship internationally and have reliable return policies. While browsing for options, I also came across https://modlily.pissedconsumer.com/review.html, which offers some insight into customer experiences with Modlily—helpful if you're considering lesser-known retailers. |
