In an effort to keep my hormones under control and to keep my skin clear I eat super healthy, mountain climbing for exercise and take a bunch of supplements throughout the day.

Since I have been doing all of this my cellulite is pretty tame.

- I take MSM powder twice a day
- Lecithin capsules with each meal
- Multivitamin, Vit E, Salmon/Fish oil, Q10, chromium, Probiotic with breakfast
- Before dinner in a glass of water I mix in 2 teaspoons of psyllium fibre and 1 teaspoon of pectin powder
- Later afternoon I take Magnesium & B6
- Some other stuff later in the evening like Calcium and Vit D

But the things that seemed to make the most difference and I try hard to make sure I dont run out are the MSM, Lecithin and Pectin...

Hope this helps - but yeah any guy more worried about your body/cellulite is prolly not worth worrying about Very Happy

I have one that just folds right up and slides under the bed, perfect size. I am starting to use mine to walk on. Easy to do as hot as it is outside and I can alternate doing a "health" bounce in between, which is easy on the internals for me. After having a hysterectomy a while back I have to be careful not to bounce everything out!
I read about the benefits of the rebounder on cellulite, which is why I got it. It is supposed to stimulate the lymphs glands, help detox and reduce cellulite, even at just 5 minutes a day starting out.
Now I just have to find the time to hop into my dry infared suana and sweat the rest off. It is a time consuming routine, so at the very least I at drink my green veggie smoothie and do my workout, then hop on for a quick bounce.

Not sure if it is really possible to "bounce everything out".
or maybe you are joking? hard to tell online.

I wouldn't worry too much about that- unless a doctor tells you to be careful.

I've had surgery on my kidneys a couple times, surgery for a problem w my arm last year, tore ligaments in one knee years ago (was never really fixed either), fractured ankle that healed wrong from years ago also.

Small recent mountain bike injury, several neck injuries over the years.....

I could go on, but I'm still able to do most sports and cartwheels, jumps, whatever!

Not saying you have to, but saying the human body can recover from a lot of stuff.

Oh...and I am only 34!

Well, I guess I will have to add I do not know the best way to meet guys- as I am single at the moment!
Also kind of bad at approaching people!
Really bad at trying to ask guys for their numbers.

like what are you supposed to say to someone if they approach you at the grocery store???

Hi I have tried everything, water, exercisde, eating right, dry brushing, rebounding, massages, creams, spent 1,000 dollars on some massage rolling technique thing at a spa, everythign (a last resort). my unsightly bulges are crippling my dating confidence adn they seem to be getting worse. i'm over 40 and never married, now is the time. i found a ultrasound infrared massager on ebay for 40 bucks if this works I'd be willing to buy even though at present my budget is stretched, can anyone counsel me as to whether or not I should buy this. what do you think of using castor oil with my my handheld massager? what really works??? thanks!!!!!

I understand how frustrating this can be. While there’s no instant fix for stubborn bulges, treatments like ultrasound and infrared massagers can help improve circulation and skin tone, which is a great step forward. Using castor oil with your handheld massager can also nourish and soothe your skin. Many people share positive experiences with these methods. If you want to see real user feedback and advice, you can check https://instagram.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html. Combining these with consistent exercise and healthy eating often leads to the best long-term results. It’s always a good idea to consult a dermatologist or specialist to find the best approach for you!
