serious question, when one sleeps on their back isn't the position where people snore

Mismis had a good idea to use a mouthguard to prevent snoring Smile

Carolyn Cleaves has written a good article on this that I wanted to share

TheresaMary thank you so much for the helpful link. I will put the watching breath technique in practice tonight.

I posted about this pillow ages ago on SkinCareTalk:

http://www.amazon.com/Arc4life-Cervical-Linear-Traction-Pillow/dp/B0002RO3JU

I used it and it helped for a while to prop my head in the correct position for supine sleeping. Now I just use a down neckroll pillow cuz its more comfy.

The key to teaching yourself to do anything is motivation: thinking about creases on my face from side or back sleeping makes me hypervigilant to knowing when I accidentally roll over.

At first I didnt sleep well because I was always waking up when I rolled over, but now I just sleep thru the night. On my back. No more creases!

Thank you so much, Fawnie, Alexya, and TheresaMary for the great suggestions! I think I'm going to buy that pillow Smile
