I just did my weekly pmd, and I must say the clarity to my skin is amazingly improved. Prior to the last few years, I had no makeup skin, then in the last few years all the sun damaged arrived and I felt like I had to use something!
My skin is now back to makeup less skin ! As I reported last time, I did not have to hold my skin hardly at all when using the PMD, the firmness is there and staying! As Lori said, the skin just looks better, feels better, and without a doubt is better.
Now all this said, I do think the PMD is a big part of this equation. For those using any of the other products, ISCO, AQ, Cellese, ect., I would highly suggest adding a microdermabrasion machine to your routine! I do not think I'd see these results without the RL added nor would I see these from the RL alone. Too me it is the combo! |

Just a bit behind you and a decade older but a massive ditto the combo ROCKS!!!! I am just loving what these are doing for my skin, and in my time on EDS there are very few things I have "raved" about, actually most just the opposite. so as long as I keep seeing these results and even more improvement (hopefully) I am one happy camper! |

I don't have a PMD...and now wonder if I need to get one!
What exactly does a PMD do. Would cosmetic needling take it's place, since that type of needling allows deeper product penetration? |

Ethel,
needling could take its place! PMD is personal microdermabrasion, so its super charged exfolliation, in a nut shell. Its giving help for penetration of any active. So does the needling (I think)! So since your doing that, your gonna get the extra kick, would be my best guess! Only difference would be they are helping in 2 diff ways, but help is help. |

I believe Sylvia has already rolled with her ReLuma and I will be as soon as I start plus the PMD!
As Tiny says anything that gets it in deeper and better is a win in my book! |

Hi everyone
Well, I have ordered the trio, should get it in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, I am continuing with my new bottle (2nd one) of Lifeline which I started on the weekend.
The reason why I ordered the trio is that is sounds more moisturizing than Lifeline, after 6 weeks or so on LL, my skin seems to be quite dry. And I've had no results - although I understand these things take time and I may still see results towards the end of this current bottle.

Hi Karen
I think you will like the trio. The cleanser is superb in my opinion.
I really like the serum and cream too. I have decided not to waste product so I leve the cleanser on my skin for an hour or so to make the most of the ingredients.
I also now use the serum at night and the cream in the day. Hopefully I m not lessening the good effects. |

Hi emma.
TIA has one with the Serum, cream and cleanser:
http://www.truthinaging.com/reluma-trio
Amazon had a cheaper deal with the older version of the cream but it is not on the site any longer?
I bought mine from TIA and grabbed the super deal from Amazon even though I am no where done with the first! |

karenlee.
I think you will be pleasantly surprised by how much more moisturizing the ReLuma is, I tried the LifeLine (night serum only) and this is way more moisturizing yet not at all "Heavy"!
I only used the night from LifeLine due to the chemical SS in the day formula, I prefer my physical one. |

I'm looking forward to trying it! I will only start when my new bottle of LL is finished. I have been tempted to add moisturizer on top of LL lately because my skin looks dry, but I decided not to so I can see exactly what the product is doing.
I'm also only using the night serum now, 2xday - all SPF products make my face look like an oil slick. With all this rain in the UK at the moment, I'm happy that the SPF in my makeup is sufficient. |

I get wanting to see what the products doing, I am doing the same but I'd go ahead and add some ceam on top if your feeling that dry. I can't see how it would hurt. I know your talking about Isco but with RL I kept thinking I needed more cream, then I'd feel my face and I did not, its was mental for me, the cream in their line is not a thick heavy cream.
I do not get a slick look or feel from the RL serum, it at times feels a wee bit tacky for about 30 seconds, then its gone. |

I am still using my LAA (which is maintenance after this long using it) and RA which I see no major changes from yet over a year but I know it is a "proven" but have been using for a long time on those so I know any changes I see are from the product and the PMD!
So if you feel you need extra moisture use it!
I am not a science project, I think we know our skin well enough to see what a product does or does not do! |

I completely agree with Tiny and DM.
(isn't it nice not to have to argue).
I am only using the PMD and reluma so any changes I see or feel will be from those.
I wish I had the guts to do a half face test, so that I could see what exactly is doing what. I guess I will just have to carry on happily using both.
I have started the ageless face excercises this week. Having seen Bethany and Sandooches results and seen LouLou I decided to give a go. |

Yes it is!
If I were not about to roll (gulp) I could skip the C and RA but it is important to the protocol!
I found some interesting recommendations/information regarding using ReLuma with other skin care:
• Only product in the market with a cocktail of 387 Natural Skin Growth Factors derived from adult stem cells.
•Exclusive to top plastic surgeons and now exclusive to us.
•Most scientifically developed product in the market.
•Impact every layer of the skin. (from speeding the renovation of cells to collagen formation to new capillaries).
•Natural anti-inflammatory. (Rosacea, Acne)
•Repair and regenerate new tissue.
•Enhance retinoic acid programs (Retin-A Renova) AHA and other exfoliants.
•A must after any more invasive procedure (medium peels, lasers, Thermage (radio frequency)etc).
•All skin types will benefit.
•Will work with any regiment that the client is using at the moment.

We'll I'd love for all of that to be true! I will in my own little mind, chalk half of it up to marketing, seems all products do think the moon and sun rose on them! But if my face proves this right, I'll be happy camper

I totally agree Tiny,
I just wanted all to know the product recommendations regarding use with other products, especially if they do not wish to stop some for what ever reason! |

I do recall we found they say it enhances A, so I'd like to add that at some point, if I could find one. But I think on various stem cell threads, we've found out we can use anything, just use the stem cell product first, wait a few minutes for penetration and wala..carry on. Thanks tho that shows they agree with that.
I've tried not to add anything so I can see if this stuff works or not. But that said, I am happy to add anything that makes it all work even better or a combo that gets rid of this pesky stuff we all hate, aging......I am keeping a list of other products people are loving, thinking if I need to add them I will at some point, if not then all the better. |

All I am using is PM the ReLuma trio wait and about an hour later my RA, AM Vit CEF serum wait about 15 minutes and the serum and cream...Sunscreen last of course and cleanser first both AM&PM.
I do let the cleanser sit for a while in the evening how long depends on my time!
My skin is quite normal but I find the products moisturizing if you need more then add something that you love! |

I just wash my face, do serum then the cream, I have been known to apply the cream again in about 5 minutes because my brain insists I need it, but to feel my face I do not. A cheaper way would be to apply a different cream with diff stuff in it rather than RL. I need to add, I do not always do this, just once in a blue moon on the repeat cream. I will be adding Roc A in at night somewhere, I'll report back when I figure out where.
Lori is being smarter, she is using the serum then whatever cream at nite and the cream in the day. She has a point, why not spread out the products, they all have this listed as first ingredient. I am prob mucking up her routine, so I'll let her explain it! But it would make the trio last a lot longer and each time ones doing their skincare there still getting the ingredient, just one product at at time rather than all 3. |
