I use an ionic drier and use medium heat but I was wondering if there is anything else I can do to protect my hair from the heat to prevent dryness? |

I use the bumble and bumble foundations...there are two that you spray on your hair before you apply styling products and blow dry. They work really well at protecting...I can totally tell when I dont use them that my hair is frizzy and dry. I use the prep but I have also used the tonic and it works really well too. |

I'm absolutely loving TIGI's Fashionista Smooth & Shine from the Catwalk collection. It's a purple liquid that's not too heavy, distributes evenly, isn't sticky, and seems to add texture, shine, and definition. |

Sally's Beauty Supply store has a product line called Beyond the Zone. They have alot of knockoffs of salon only products, but for far less $$. I use the Turn up the Heat spray before I flatiron my hair and it works as well as the more expensive salon brands I've tried. Also, Alberto VO5 Miracle Mist Spray is another I like...available at most d/s. |

I use Aveda Damage Control. It's supposed to protect hair up to 400 degrees which is great since I flat iron everyday. Seems to be working well and I also put their light serum on top as a finisher. |

Redken extreme, anti-snap. Its a leave in treatment. It is very light in my hair and I never go without it.
I also use Paul Mitchell, super skinny serum. i use this before i blow dry then a little more on the ends before i straighten. |
