hi
i am concerend i have these light brown dots and patches on my back and upper chest . i am 16 years old and these patches dont itch . i am in very good health and could it be fungus (tinear versicolour) or something like Kaopsi's Sarcoma not sure . i hope its Tinea versicolour coz it matches all the symtoms i have and it occurs in adolescent males on the backand upper chest |

Well, my advice to you is to go see a Dr or a Derm. Looking up your symtpoms online will just drive you nuts (been there done that  ) because there are many conditions with a common symptom.
Save yourself the stress and pop in for a quick chat with someone who is qualified to analyze your skin.
I hope it's already cleared up though
