I wrote direct to IS Clinical to ask them about product usage for my dad (who just had the skin graft)
At the end of the mail, I also mentioned my own concerns for my skin in terms of what it will be like by the time I am 50 (about to be 40) and skin cancers possibly popping up everywhere (desperate to stop that) -- as they state on the ISC site, 80% of sun damage is done by age 18 so all I can do now is try and stop it from developing.
Anyhows... the ladies here at EDS had recommended to me the Pro Heal and Firming Cream (based on other skin information I provided to them), so I asked ISC direct if these would help with the sun issue and if there was something else they woudl recommend. I just thought I would paste here that portion of the response:

As for the products that were recommended to you, they would be appropriate for someone with normal-to-oily skin, since both the Pro-Heal Serum and the Firming Complex can be a bit drying. If you find that to be true, you may also want to consider the Super Serum next time instead of the Pro-Heal Serum, since the Super Serum is very hydrating and is recommended for most skin types, especially someone who is concerned about anti-aging.
The other product I can recommend is our most popular product, the Active Serum, which is most often used at night as a multi-purpose treatment for acne and anti-aging.
I know this is a lot of information, but we do position our line as one that should always be sold in conjunction with a proper skin analysis by someone who is knowledgeable and is a trusted skin care professional.
Thank you for choosing IS CLINICAL by Innovative Skincare, and if I can be of any further assistance to you, please let me know |
ISC were super fast responding to my query too - less than 12 hours.
I love helpful, fast, polite customer service.. just feeling very at the moment
Does anyone know if this line is sold in Australia or Japan? |

I haven't seen IS Clinical sold in Australia at all - not sure about Japan.
I'm actually just about to start using this to see what results I get. I have tried ISC Active Serum in the past and didn't get any results from it that were different to the Jan Marini glycolic serum I was using at the time. I got various ISC samples from EDS in Nov last year and after doing a "sample stocktake" last night, I decided to stop what I was using now and just use up all the samples over the next few weeks and see what happens. |
