Fraxel v. Elos Lasers

Has anyone had treatment by either a Fraxel or the new Elos lasers? If so, how do you rate the results? I have heard the Elos is painful - any comments? Thanks!

I have had 3 rounds of 5 treatments each for ELOS wrinkle reduction. The change has been so dramtic that someone I had not seen in a few months thoght I had had a facelift. The treatments have a sting and spots can get a liitle warm but it quickly goes away. I returned to work the next day withno redness or swelling. The effect is culmlative over time.

Thanks so much for your information. That's great that you have had such good results. May I ask your age and how you yourself viewed your pre-treatment appearance (e.g. first signs of aging beginning to show; needed some tightening, etc.) 3 rounds of 5 TX - How long does each round/treatment take and how expensive was it. The fact that it wasn't really painful and you could return to work right away is very encouraging to me. My main focus is skin that's beginning to sag at the jawline. Did you have any of that and/or do you see dramatic results there as well? Thanks!

One more question - you said effects were cumulative over time - how long would you say it took from first treatment to where you could notice a result?
