Ladies please help. I am at the age where the skin is changing rapidly (36), and seem to be blessed with very view wrinkles (genetic). However, my downfall is dark circles resting in hollows and puffiness. I have tried so many creams and yes, do get enough sleep, but nothing works. Any suggestions, it's all I see when I look at my face? I'm moving back to London soon so want to find something here in the US before heading back, so much cheaper!!  |

I would suggest you look at other issues first - lack of sleep is not the only cause of them. Things like allergies, sinus problems/congestion, poor lymphatic draining can all cause dark circles and also puffiness. Unfortunately it is very hard to recommend a cream that will definitely work for you as they tend to work differently for different people (which probably to some extent is connected with the course of the dark circles).
One thing that I have recently heard is that arnica is very good at getting rid of dark circles and apparently people use the Jurlique Arnica cream (which is not an eye cream) around the eye area to reduce the circles. I can't guarantee that this will work. In my case, Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue did wonders. |
