Since eye cream are there to smooth out wrinkles and lines can i use it on my lips to make my lips less linish? Since eye creams are gentle it should be gentle enough for the lips as well? If anyone has tried it, please let me know how it worked out for you.

I've tried it - i've been using eye-cream around my lips the recent 25 years (probably longer). I cannot say if there is an effect (i don't know how i'd look without) but it cannot do any harm.

There are quite a few products designed for both eye and lips, so I don't see why not. I think they are intended for the lip contour rather than all over the lip area, but again they shouldn't do any harm there.

I also do the same. Almost every eyecream I've purchased I've also used around my lips. I havent noticed any real difference.

I used an eye cream on my lips once, with bad results. It was a Matis eye cream (sorry, can't remember the name) and it used it on my lips. I ended up with tiny little pimples and whiteheads all around my lips -- not very attractive! Embarassed Needless to say, I quit using that eye cream all together. I've never been brave enough to try it again with other eye creams since then.

Years ago I was told I could use an eye cream on my lips, now I see them (dual duty creams) advertised all the time.

I've used eye cream on my lips on and off for years!! I remember about 20 years ago, Dior's Resultante eye cream (no longer being made) was promoted by Dior as a good product to use to smooth out and gently plump your lips! I've also used Dermalogica's moisture mask on my lips and got a plumped lip (short-term, but plumped nonetheless!)

Burt's Bees Royal Jelly Eye Cream is way too heavy for my eye area, but it's my favorite lip balm Smile

If I have too much eye cream on my fingers, I will dab some on my lips.

I used to use Sisley's Sisleya Eye and Lip cream around my lips and that was quite nice!
