I submitted a previous post regarding Juice Beauty products, which I THOUGHT were available at CVC Pharmacy. Well, I did in fact purchase a product called Juice Organics ..... which had the very same packaging, certified organic seal, etc. etc. as Juice Beauty. Juice Organics even offers a green apple peel, which seems to be identical to Juice Beauty's product.

Well, after visiting Juice Organics website (juiceorganics.com), I found out that this is a totally different company than Juice Beauty. They completely mimic Juice Beauty's products....down to the packaging. Like I said....I feel duped. My moisturizer was about $15.00 and the ingredients seem great. But I still feel cheated!! I cannot believe that this company can get away with their blatant copying tactics.

Thanks for the warning! Companies will do anything to sell their products and I guess they bank on us going through the shelves quickly or half asleep, which is what I tend to do. I often just pick things I buy regularly without looking at it too closely. I guess this should be a lesson for me Rolling Eyes

I went to the actual juice beauty website and found the moisturizer copy that I purchased. I compared the ingredients to "juice organics" and they are virtually the same. They even used the same wording. Do you think that Juice Organics is an offshoot of Juice Beauty specifically for CVS? I contacted Juice Organics and left a message for their PR person. I hope they call soon.

interesting...I'm sure you can return it if you want....I'd be contacting juice beauty and asking them about it...

How do the prices compare? This could be a good thing! Especially since it's so convenient.

Ingredients look the same? Maybe you've not "been duped"...maybe "you're on to something"...would be cool to compare their results.

The myth of expensive = quality fasinates me. I'm very John Stossel like that...and even so I fall for it every day.

If they use the exact same products and its cheaper, then you've gotten yourself a deal. But i dont think a company can copy every thing down to the ingredients or else they would be in for a law suit.

To BC Girl's question about price....this product is $15.00....approximately 1/2 the amount of the "Juice Organics" product.

It really is amazing to compare the ingredients and note the similarities.

I just emailed the customer service department of Juice Beauty......hopefully I will receive a response soon.

I will keep you posted!!

I have Juice Beauty Green Apple Cleanser, Serum, Eye Cream, Peel, and Mask. I'll go to CVC today or tomorrow and buy a sample pack. I will compare the texture, smell....... and then report later.

I wonder if it is made by juice after all. Some companies "might" repackage a bit and sell in cheaper market but not want the whole world to know that its the same product. I know I posted on a different thread butwww.shopnbc.com sells juice at greatly reduced prices.

Wow, that's cheeky! It must be owned by Juice Beauty otherwise it's in for a lawsuit I'd say!

I called 2 CVS stores and both of them told me they do not carry Juice Organics. But from my experience with CVS before I decided to check it out in person this morning. YES, THEY DO CARRY JUICE ORGANICS.

I bought Vitamin Antioxidant Serm, and Apple Exfoliating Peel. The package is really similar except Juice Beauty Green Apple series is green and this one is orange. Serum $: Beauty: $45, Organics: $19.59; Peel$: Beauty:$39, Organics:$19.59.

I'm in the office now and I'll do a smell, texture, color comparision after I got home.

I almost told you to just stop by, glad you did. The product line is really new to CVS so I figured they wouldn't know they even carried it. I went last night to buy something else and decided to go ahead and buy the travel kit/trial size package. It contains the cleanser, antioxidant serum and a tinted moisturizer with spf 30.

The cleanser is creamy and tends to leave that "film" feeling on your face. It's fine it you use it with a washcloth though. It removed my makeup just fine but I don't think it's really anything special.

The serum is slightly sticky and it's too soon to tell if it actually does anything, although I do like the ingredients with all of those antioxidants.

The tinted moisturizer doesn't really do much in the way of color and it actually feels pretty dry. I would compare it to maybe Shisheido sunscreen? My face doesn't feel overly dry though so I'm still undecided on that one. It didn't do anything to cover up the tight/dry shine on my face like I figured it would from the texture.

I'll update if anything exciting happens but these 3 items seem pretty basic so far.
