Okay so I ordered this product called maxi-peel from the phillipines (4% Hydroquinone and tretinoin) and I thought I would try it on my legs to lighten some hyperpigmentation. I used it for about three days when my leg started basically peeling off and I developed these huge scabs EVERYWHERE and now my leg looks so much worse!!!! What can I do??

I'm really sorry this happened to you.

This is stating the obvious, but...sounds like burn wounds which would need first aid burn care which is different from other wounds so do your research to diminish infection and scarring...or better yet, see an M.D.

Good luck and fast healing!

Isuggest smothering them with aloe vera and also try Manuka Honey as a treatment, it does sound like you have recieved some nasty burns there.

Thanks so much for the advice guys Smile I've been keeping it smothered in neosporin for now...luckily even in my stupidity i only did it on one leg but i was obviously too agressive...so the other leg is okay :S i'm hoping to get it healed and then deal with the new scars and old ones maybe with makari or something HQ FREE!!!

You poor thing! Keeping the skin moist with the neosporin is a good idea. Imo it's more likely the tretinoin that caused the burns rather than the hq. Hope you feel better soon.
