Hi Kiko,
Honestly, I never use WHITIA product. However, I have used UV-white line from Shishedo. They are actully very good. I have noticed WHITIA product is cheap; however, as any other brands, Shishedo is quite diversified in terms of products. I guess WHITIA is Shishedo's "second-line" products which targets at low-price market. However, they may be very good although they are cheap in price. Why not give a try? Then you could tell us your reviews.

I've tried it before. I couldn't see obvious whitening effect though! It's cheap and quite moisturizing though! No harm of trying!

When I lived in Salt Lake, I used Whitia for a while. I didn't really see huge whitening effects, but my skin did seem to become more translucent (if you know what I mean)... And it was quite hydrating considerring I was living in the desert...
