I just bought the Intense i-color bring out lengthing mascara from Almay. It is awesome...it has made my lashes look a mile long and they are soft and light...not heavy and cakey. I have brown eyes so the one I bought was topaz...I wonder if they make it in black? I'm going to find out...I think the black would be very dramatic. Anyway...thought I would share becuase I have bought a mascara every weekend for about the last month with no success!

Wow! Everyday for the last month? I'm happy you finally found one you liked Very Happy . You said your trying it in 'topaz'. Is this like a bluish color? Embarassed I've always heard that people use a bluish/ navy mascara. Does it help draw out brown eyes? I may be missing out! I've never used any mascara with a bluish tint. I have brownish/ green eyes, so would it still be benificial for me? Sorry for so many questions.

Thanks

Almay has eye makeup for different eye colors--I can't remember offhand what the color combos are for hazel (browninsh/green) eyes, but they sell the Almay products at almost every drugstore and also places like Target and Walmart.

I think that purple shades are used to bring out brown, but I'm not sure.

Actuallyt he "topaz" is a brown color. I have tried the purple one that is supposed to "bring out" brown eyes and it is ok. You cant really see a difference unless you are in the sunlight in just the right angle. I didnt notice that it brought out the color of my eyes at all.
