I have used the cleanser and the essence. Nothing is really special about it. Nothing can really fade red marks, only time can fade. I had very nice skin until I started wearin foundation. I didnt know how to clean it well and I would get these zits on my cheek. They would bruise my face and then leave this ugly red mark. I was really ashame but then i went to dermatologist. First you need to control the acne growing. Benzoyl peroxide helps. I use it every night. And I have been using the cleansing oil to remove my makeup. Then I cleanse with alpha hydrox(very cheap cleanser). And my skin has never looked any better. No more red marks. You can still see some marks, but its fading(three months). My friend saw me the other day and was amazed how great my skin look since the pimples. I have used a lot of expensive cleansers like sisley creamy mousse, and that skII and noevir. They just makes my skin more red. I have really sensitive skin, but using alpha hydrox makes my skin feel really clean but not stripped of its moisture like those expensive ones. You should try alpha hydrox and use benzoyl peroxide every night. If you wear makeup try the oil cleansing method to take off the makeup. They are all cheap. Wouldnt hurt to try! hope that helps!!

P.S. You shouldnt use too much products. It irritates your skin more and makes the acne marks you have already even redder. Be gentle with you skin and only use needed products.

I use the essence, clear lotion, eye treatment gel, and the treatment mask. The products are good, but i don't think they will really help with the redness. A friend of mine works for the company, uses all their products, but hasn't had any improvement with her acne scarring and redness at all. Having said that she does have quite bad skin.

Emilee_ann_143, Thank you very much for your reply, appreciate. Congratulations! You have found something helps you. It's great!
You give alot of suggestions to me, thanks again.

Regarding the alpha hydrox, could you please suggest me the brand that did good for you?

For the Benzoyl peroxide, I was told that it will slower the healing of acne and it will cause red marks to remain permanently or longer on our face. How is your experiences with Benzoyl peroxide? It didnt leave red marks to you?

May I know your daily regimen? Hope you dont mind.

And, you think which step of your daily regimen helps you the most in fading the red marks left by acne?

Hope to hear you, thanks

I have combination skin; dry cheeks with oily T-zone

My Daily Regimen
Morning:
Wash Face w/Alpha Hydrox [Neoteric]
Moisturize w/Sisley Creme Reparatice[$$$]
Moisturize Eyes w/Kiehls Avocado

Night:
Oil Cleansing Method [Grapeseed Oil w/Castor Oil]
Wash off w/ Alpha Hydrox
Benzoyl Peroxide[To keep prevent pimples; this one was prescribed by the doctor, its not as drying as the ones in the store & it doesnt make my face red at all. Benzac=generic brand]

Once or every two weeks I use a Mask: Krogers=Strawberry Cream by Montaguessne
I'm waiting to try Dermalogica Microfoliant

But for three months, I didnt do much to my face just the above regimen. I'm planning to add Vitamin C to it as well. THe only thing that helps with red marks is TIME. Be patient and they will go away. Just try to keep your face from gettin pimples (i.e. stress etc). My skin acts up when the weather changes [i.e. gets dry] therefore i just bought the sisley creme reparatice. It helps calms my skin down a lot too. It might be heavy for oily skin people. I think it helps with redness as well. And be sure to wear a lot of sunscreen. I wear shiseido liquid foudation w/ SPF42. It is a foundation with lots of sunscreen.

I have used the whole range of SK2 few years back and have been disappointed with the result. I tried whitening source to get rid of those pimple marks and it's just useless. Moreover, SK2 products are just not cheap at all. Shock

I think SK-II products are REALLY overpriced. Except the essence (which I hate), many SK-II moisturizers contains similar ingredients to Olay products (which I hate).

I really wanted to love SK-II essence. I gave it several tries but no luck. Sad It broke me out badly.
