I would love to try the Yonka range and I am thinking of ordering one product to start with. I know their products are skin type specific and specialised, but is there one product generally known as their hero product? Would you for example say I should start with a day cream, night cream, any of the serums? I have never even seen this range anywhere so any feedback would be helpful. |

Thank you rosebud, very kind of you, I had a look at it and so many of the products have great reviews, both the serums and the night cream, so I am pretty sure I want to try the brand. Have you tried any of them? |

Have you got any problems with breakouts at all? YonKa Juvenil is great for that! Creme15 is also very good for congested acne prone skin. |

Hi Mabsy, thanks for replying, and what a good idea for me to include some information about my skin... It is basically normal with the first signs of ageing starting to appear. I love a product that promises to firm and would love to get a product that feels incredibly pampering, smells gorgeous (one of the reasons I am looking at Yonka) and makes my skin look glowing and plumped up with moisture. My day time routine is quite busy with several layers so a night product or a mask would be an ideal start for me. I like the look of Elastin Nuit, the Galbols, Mesonium and so many others. What do you think of the range in general - do people get good results? I have searched the board and there is not a lot of information about the anti ageing Yonka products. Thanks again |

For some reason I have tended to focus on only part of the range and haven't explored the whole YonKa line, and not their anti-aging products either. I really like their gel cleanser and the aforementioned Juvenil/Creme15 combination. I know people love the lotion but I don't think I have actually ever tried this. I do have the YonKa Serum (I think that's what it's called, it's an oil blend). I quite like this one and it smells really nice too. Similar concept to the Decleor oils/balms but for some reason I am drawn to Decleor more.... |

I tried the gel cleanser and the Yonka 83 cream. I was not impressed with either...the gel is an ok cleanser but the cream made my skin feel like leather. |

I went through a phase of using Yonka awhile back. I still use and love their toner for normal/dry skin and also both of their cleansers. Their moisturizers are good IMHO, although I found out that most made my skin react in some way. Pamplemouse and Creme 93 are nice daytime moisturizers for combo skin. As for the serums and antiaging products I never got around to trying any of those because they had ingredients that my skin simply cannot use--stearic acid being one. I would highly suggest getting a Yonka facial ( I love them!!) or at the very least speaking with an esthetician who knows the range and can give you samples. Yonka came out with a new antiaging baum of some sort--never tried it but would love to read some reviews!! HTH |

Thanks for the advice, it does not sound that promising... I still quite like the idea of the serum and Mesonium, but will wait and see if anyone replies with a positive experience with these. Perhaps I'll start looking at Astara or Sothys in stead, in fact, I'll do some searches now. |

This is what happened with my quest for a Yonka star product: I looked into Astara and Sothys, but they didn't have any paraben free products, so I went ahead and ordered Yonka Dermol 3 which sounds like a lovely hydrating and calming product that would be great to use after sun exposure. Has anyone tried any of the Dermol products or any of their other serums? |

I tried Nutri Contour for lips and eyes and I was not impressed.
I will start looking into anti aging from Yonka.
Any advice? |

I've used Yonka on & off for years. And like a lot of others, got onto the line when I was having a lot of break outs in the chin area, caused by hormones & stress.
But that was years ago and I have to say I love:
Cleansing Milk/ Lait Nettoyant (gel too drying for me)
Masque Hydratant 60
Creme 83, 28 & 93...depending on my skin condition
Fruitelia is great & anti aging with AHA's
Both Elastines jour & nuit although the scent of these is not what I would call "nice"..not gross but not really nice
Phyto is good at night but not enough moisture for me, I add serum or dermol.
BUT
What I haven't tried yet is YONKA LA BAUME
This sounds like what you are looking for, espically great anti aging properties.
I live in northern Alberta Canada so this is on my must try list this winter when the cold weather(-30 C yikes) & dry skin comes. |

Mabsy, how do you use the Juvenil and Creme 15? Do you mix them together, or layer one after the other? TIA! |

Hi everyone,
I would say, for me, their hero product is the Lotion. I have oily skin and it work wonders. |
