What's the most expensive item you've bought and was it worth it?
Mine would have to be Creme De La Mer, it's £165 in the UK and no I don't think it was worth it and won't be buying it again. |

So far the TNS recovery complex at $130.00 (first bought at my med/spa). Tried 3 bottles and still on the fence if I would reorder. |

The most expensive item I bought was just yesterday, on qvc. It's a set of six BE glimmers called "Nude Beach." I got it because it has the ever elusive shade, "au natural" plus I've been leaning towards nude looks lately. It was $52 with shipping. Which isn't so bad considering if I paid regular retail it would've been almost $80. The most I've paid for one item is $29 for some DHC eye cream. |

That puts me to shame! I'm guessing my most expensive was my IS clinical purchase where each item is a bit over $100 each. |

Revive volumizing serum, ($300,00 Canadian off of ebay, which is actually a good deal, about half off). I can't believe I said $300.00 is a good deal, lol!! |

Brava years ago. I paid $2100 for it and it didn't work. I could have just gotten the breast implants for that price. What a rip off. Not to mention what you had to do with it. Good God. UGH!!!! |

TNS recovery complex. Used up one bottle and decided not worth a repurchase. |

Good topic. Probably the most expensive single item I have purchased was a Biologique Recherche serum for $200 US. At that time in Canada we had a bad exchange rate so I must have paid at least $250cnd!!!! For a 1oz serum, which made my skin break out like crazy. I have also bought the Epicuren Aphaderm large size cream for $200US. Buying IS CLinical has been less painful.

I spent about £400+ on a program of 8 glytone peels at one of the Sk:n clinic's in the UK.
they didn't help my skin at all I'm sorry to say. |

Brava was mentioned a couple times on these boards ( I just did a search, I see I wasn't the first one to experience it's hell). It's a machine kind of thing that has all this science behind it (well I was convinced) that enlarges your breasts. I guess it works for some, didn't work for me. Well at least long term it didn't work, while I was using it I had a few people comment it was working (girls at work.. don't ask). What Brava is is a waste of money. |

Wow, and what a lot of money too! I'm sorry Brava was such a disappointment! I'm pretty scared of stuff like that, so I just rely on my trusty Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Miracle Bra to "boost my spirits."^-^ |

I spent about $350 for the whole obagi line and it was a big waste of money.
The most expensive 1 item would be the clarisonic brush I orderd a few days ago. Still waiting for it to arrive. At least there is money back guarantee |

I spent about $66 on 5 small samples of Revive's Volumizing Serum. Though pricey, in camparison of its retail value ($600 for 1 oz. bottle), it was worth it. |

Mine pales in comparison to some of yours, it's Obagi Clear, I see it's $99 CA for 60 grams now but a year or so ago it was only $75 CA here at EDS. I think it lightened my skin a bit but I became afraid the hydroquinone. I really wasn't prepared to pay this much for one product every month and I was concerned my hyperpigments would get worse if I stopped using it. |

most things I purchase seem to be over $100
I think that the US$133 for Suisse Programme eye firming serum is my top.
Then I have a few cellcosmet and IS Clincial purchases around CA$130.... |

I try not to think about it!
My most recent splurge was the Jan Marini Age Intervention Eyelash Serum, and it's probably too early to see results (though I think it's helping). Even if it does work, it will be hard to say if it's worth it. |
