I want to try hoodia. I did a search for it here and only one thing came up. Someone was saying it was bad. That's honestly the first I've ever heard of hoodia being bad! When I ordered my hydraplenish from vitacost they sent me a booklet that sung the praises of Hoodia and how healthy it was. I don't recall EVER seeing anything that said Ephedra was healthy (was mentioned here that hoodia is as bad as ephedra). Has anyone here tried Hoodia? Does it work? Have you heard anything bad about it? I was thinking about ordering some with my next vitamin order. And I must add... I was a big fan of ephedra (even though it's soo bad). I never abused it though and never had any problems. I loved ephedra  It's probably better that it's gone though. |

YES I'VE TRIED IT AND DON'T RECOMMEND IT!
I bought the best stuff, (there's different grades) and it caused hallucinations, I felt really spaced taking it, couldn't concentrate or sleep. It didn't suppress my appetite either.
As soon as I stopped taking it, I felt fine again. BEWARE. |
