Hi has anybody used Jurlique's OPC Makeup Remover.

I would like to get some instructions on its use. Do you need to add water? Are you just supposed to apply it straight to your face and then wipe it off?

I haven't tried using it on my eyes as the lavender smell is quite strong.

The saleslady says that I can use it just as a cleanser. Any views?

I haven't used this (I have their "normal" cleanser/makeup remover) but looking at the instructions you're supposed to apply to dry skin and then wipe it off with damp cotton wool pads. But *then* it says that you should "rinse well with water". This is at odds with what one of the reviews on MUA says, which implies that you don't need water at all to use this. But, looking at other instructions online, you are indeed supposed to rinse this off and possibly also mix with a little water before applying.

Thanks Mabsy. I have been adding water to it myself as otherwise I don't think I can really spread it well. I only occasionally use it to remove make up - when I feel tired as the scent really refreshes me. I am not sure that it is a very effective make up remover.

I have used the sensitive version of this & I thought it did a pretty good job of getting rid of all my make-up (but I don't wear heavy make-up). I just applied it & wiped it off using cotton pads, & then just used my regular cleanser/face wash after this. I didn't find it irritated my skin/eyes at all, but at the moment I still prefer Decleor's cleansing oil instead...I think this does an even better job getting rid of make-up.
